Please note that during times of peak demand (i.e. the Christmas period) there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your order. There is a possibility that external factors beyond our control may delay your order slightly, as we rely on a third party courier for delivery.

We can deliver before Christmas on all orders in stock placed before 12pm on 21st December, any orders placed after this time will be 4th January, please check stock before ordering to be sure your delivery will arrive before Christmas.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Free Delivery...

Our Free Delivery is on all our products available online, no matter how small your order, delivery is always FREE!!! However this free delivery is for UK Mainland addresses, which includes all of England and Wales and part of Scotland. We can still deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands, however this will incur an additional delivery charge, which will depend on the order, also the following postcodes in Scotland will incur an additional delivery charge: IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, TR21-25, ZE and Isle of Wight.

Delivery Times & Days

Flooring UK offer a FREE next day delivery on all our products in stock. Orders out of stock will be ordered immediately and once we receive it we will send out on a next day service, all customers are free to call our FREEPHONE number to check how soon deliveries can be made before ordering and to check what products are in stock. We will endevour to send out all stock products ordered before 13:00 for next working day delivery, however we cannot guarantee next day delivery as circumstances out of our control may factor, such as courier problems, adverse weather conditions etc., Deliveries are Monday - Friday. Deliveries can be anytime between 09:00 - 21:00, to residential addresses and 09:00 - 17:00 to business addresses. ETA (estimated time of arrival) cannot be given, however if your order is in stock and you would like it to arrive before a certain time or on a Saturday, we can arrange this for an additional fee, please request this before ordering.

Upon Signing for Delivery

Please read the following carefully:

Once you have received your order, please inspect all items carefully to ensure none of the goods have been damaged during transit. Even if it involves unwrapping the bubble wrap or container the goods have arrived in to greater inspect the goods, it essential that when signing the couriers delivery notes, you are happy with the condition the goods are in. In the event that the goods have become damaged during transit, inform the driver who will tell you the procedure and ensure on the paperwork damaged goods has been noted. This then ensures we can claim back the cost of the goods and issue you with a replacement or full refund.

Missed Delivery what happens next...

If you are out when our courier attempts to deliver your goods, they will post a card through your letterbox, which informs you of when they attempted delivery, it will have the relevant information on it and a telephone number to call to re-arrange delivery for another day. If you fail to contact the courier, they will attempt to deliver the next working day, if nobody is in to take the goods a second time from the courier, then they will take the goods back to your local depot. The goods will be held here for 2 days, within this time we will be contacted by the courier of the 2 failed delivery attempts and then we will contact you. From this point there are 2 options:

  1. you collect the goods free of charge from the local depot to you were the goods are being held, you will need to contact the courier for available pick up times and need 2 forms of identification when going to collect the goods.

  2. for a 3rd attempt for delivery you will need to pay a release fee to us (Flooring UK) of £5.00 and goods will be attempted a 3rd time. If none of the above occurs and parcels are left in the depot, after 2 days your goods will be sent back to us at Flooring UK and we will advise you of the re-sending charge of the goods based on the consignment.

Returns & Cancellations

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you have 7 days from the date of order to do so. In the event that the goods have been delivered and you wish to cancel the order you must first inform us of your intention to cancel, then return the goods to our registered address. Customers are responsible for arranging delivery and any costs that may apply for the return of goods. Goods must be returned in same packaging and condition as received. Upon return we will inspect the goods, if we believe they are not in the same condition as they were sent out we will refuse the return. However if they appear to be in 'new condition' we will refund the amount of the goods, not including return costs less a 20% restocking charge. Flooring UK only accept whole orders, part orders are not accepted as a return.

Manufacturer Faults

Please inspect all goods prior to installation, if you are unfortunate to find any faults with our products before installation please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve any problems. It is essential all products are inspected prior to fitting. Any faults noticed after the products have been installed, need to be photographed and emailed to us for inspection, where we can take the necessary procedures. Photography evidence is the first action needed emailed to stephenl@flooring.uk.com for any complaint with faulty goods.

No liability can be accepted for any costs caused by late deliveries, therefore we advise that any tradesmen or fitters are only booked once you are in receipt of your goods and the goods have been fully checked.

Delivery Partners

Although we will endeavour to get your stock orders out for next day delivery, on the very rare occassion our courier partners may encounter unforseen problems, which may delay your order. Although we will act very quickly and responsively to sort out any problems of this nature, they are somewhat out of our control and Flooring UK will not be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by this.

Our Right to Cancel Your Order

Flooring UK have the right to cancel your order if:

  • We deem the transaction to be fraudulant
  • If the order is made from a county, island or country which we do not offer our standard free deliver to and the extra delivery charge is not met by the customer
  • We have insufficient stock of the product(s) ordered or unknown to us the product(s) has suddenly become discontinued
  • A pricing or typing error has occurred in the display of the product ordered, which is untrue to the correct information or price.
