Alternatively you may send us a cheque, however this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Return / Refund Policy
Flooring.uk.com ltd should be notified of any damage or fault to the goods within 48 hours of receipt.
IMPORTANT: Upon signing for the receipt of goods please check that they are in no way damaged as any damage in transit is insured by the courier. If damaged inform the courier who will register your complaint.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on whole orders only at the expense of the customer unless damage can be proved. Customers should contact us first regarding the items being returned, so that we can identify with the order and expect the return. We will then issue a return number. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the items unopened and in the same condition and packaging as they arrived. Should the goods show no fault or indication of damage we will refund the whole amount less a 35% restocking charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure and assess quantity requirements. If in doubt contact us for assistance or involve a qualified designers/fitter. Flooring.uk.com do not accept goods that are surplus to requirements, just whole orders only.

Damaged Items
During transit, items can become damaged, when you receive your goods, ensure they are in good condition as expected before signing for them from the courier. Due to our courier policies, if you find that your goods are damaged after you have signed for them by the courier, we (flooring uk) cannot issue a replacement or refund. Please ensure you thoroughly check that the goods are in top condition. If necessary open packaging to check the goods are ok before signing straight away.
Delivery Information
Delivery (Monday-Friday)is free for UK orders (excluding Highlands and Islands)and delivery time is usually next day from stock.There may be an extra charge for Saturday delivery. We reserve the right to consolidate orders to bring you the best possible prices.If we are low on stock in the product of your choice, we will reorder to ensure that you receive products from the same batch to quarantee colour consistancy. If you require your product next day then please feel free to call us first to ensure the product is in stock and can be delivered to you next day, flooring uk do not reserve the right to let the customer know when the order will be delivered.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted, under consumer law for the internet we are not obliged to honour orders were we make a substantial error in pricing. This will be at our discretion. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 2 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
