Due to public holidays around Chistmas and New Year, delivery dates around this period are slightly effected to our usual Next Day Delivery service. Please see information below to see when deliveries around these dates will be. Presuming the products are in stock:
Orders placed before 1pm on 23/12/08 - delivered 24/12/08.
Orders placed after 1pm on 23/12/08 and before 1pm 29/12/08 - delivered 30/12/08
Orders placed after 1pm on 29/12/08 - delivered 06/01/09.
Normal service resumes from the 05/01/09
Our FREE Delivery Service...
We offer a FREE Next Day Delivery service on all our products featured on the website for any amount you buy, so the price you see from the start includes VAT and FREE Next Day Delivery. Therefore the first price you see is the final price you pay, simple as that. Unlike other online companies, here at Flooring UK we include all the charges from the start so you dont get hit with extra charges such as VAT and delivery just before your about to pay, the full price is upfront straight from the beginning. Our FREE Delivery service is for UK Mainland residents only and excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands addresses, we can deliver to addresses outside the UK Mainland for an additional fee, contact us with the details and we will be happy to quote. The free delivery service runs between 08:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. For an additional fee, we can gurantee delivery before 09:00, 10:30 or 12:00 and can also schedule Saturday Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Providing the items are stock the following rule applies. Once payment has been received for the goods we will contact the courier and your items will be delivered to you next day providing the payment has been received before 3pm. However if payment is received after 3pm then stock goods will be sent out the next working day for next day delivery. For example if you order goods before 3pm on a Friday goods will be with you Monday, if you order goods after 3pm on a Friday goods will be sent out Monday and with you Tuesday. If your order is out of stock once in stock you will receive your order next working day.
What are your policies on returns and refunds?
Flooring.uk.com ltd should be notified of any damage or fault to the goods within 48 hours of receipt.
IMPORTANT: Upon signing for the receipt of goods please check that they are in no way damaged as any damage in transit is insured by the courier. If damaged inform the courier who will register your complaint. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on whole orders only at the expense of the customer unless damage can be proved. Customers should contact us first regarding the items being returned, so that we can identify with the order and expect the return. We will then issue a return number. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the items unopened and in the same condition and packaging as they arrived. Should the goods show no fault or indication of damage we will refund the whole amount less a 30% restocking charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure and assess quantity requirements. If in doubt contact us for assistance or involve a qualified designers/fitter. Flooring.uk.com do not accept goods that are surplus to requirements, just whole orders only.
What if I do not want to pay online?
Our online payment is extremely secure as we use Protx to process our payments. However we also accept all card transactions (except American Express) over the telephone on our FREE phone number - 08000 356677 we also accept cheques (however this may take longer due to posting and awaiting clearance) and bank transfers.
What do you do with my personal information?
We take your personal information very seriously and will never pass it on to a 3rd party. If you pay over the telephone once processed the information will be destroyed and disposed of securely.
What happens if my goods turn up damaged?
All our goods are sent out in brand new condition, however during transit certain goods can get damaged, although all efforts are made to avoid this, sometimes it may occur. If it occurs please read this carefully. Firstly inform the delivery driver and show him/her the item. Then sign for the goods as damaged. after that contact us and tell us what has been damaged etc. we can then log it with the couriers, who can issue us with a credit note. We can then issue a replacement or a refund for the total amount damaged. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR GOODS BEFORE SIGNING AS OK. FINDING AN ITEM DAMAGED AFTER SIGNING FOR THE CONSIGNMENT MEANS WE CANNOT ISSUE A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND, SO EXAMINE THE GOODS THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING AS OK.
